"Barely and no we didn't use pool"

"I would have preferred the room to be cleaned every day. The staff was great. The breakfast was good but we only had biscuits and gravy and orange juice on Saturday morning. Was the Saturday morning crowd more deserving than us week dayers?"

"Everything was good except breakfast selections not as good as typical Hampton offerings. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. Rate paid was significantly higher than Expedia said it would be, seemingly more than the extra $15 per day for parking."

"Room was nice, but bathroom door didn’t lock. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk personnel were not great. We had to have other staff contact someone to come to the front desk where a long line had been waiting. Front desk personnel were rude and short when they finally did arrive. No microwaves in rooms-only one is located in the main lobby."

"We were not able to use the pool, closed for apparent lightening. Resort was beautiful. "

"Bed and pillows uncomfortable with lots of noise and singing at 2:30 AM. TV did not function easily and $18 continental breakfast was excessive given the room rate. Staff was professional and room was clean which was positive. "
