"We had a pullout sofa for two children to sleep on. The first night of our stay, there was no sheet, blanket or extra pillow for the pullout, and the staff told me they had nothing to offer. The second night of our stay, all they offered us was one sheet set. Still no blankets or pillows."

"There was food on the elevator floor. No one knew how to connect my firestick to the tv. There was only one person on staff. There was nothing in the room to cook with. I shouldn't have to call the front desk for cups, plates, etc. I called to see if i could do an earlier check in but was told no because they were short staff on house keeping."

"Parking was tight as they park cars for the airport. Staff was beyond rude. A/C was broken. Room was dirty, we cancelled our stay of 4 nights after 1 night. Loud music outside our door until midnight. Very bad hotel. I can not believe Expedia offers this motel. "
