"Only two bath towels upon arrival for 3 night stay. The toilet didn't flush properly. No bathroom fan so it was hot and humid for a long time after showering. The restaurant closed really early for staying at a hotel and was a bit overpriced. The staff was extremely nice and the lobby smelled amazing."

"Pretty good, the only thing wrong was the mold in the shower. Oh and the smoke detectors go off at 5am! Good breakfast though. "

"The check-in young lady was not welcoming or very friendly. She arrived a few minutes after 3:00 pm for the check-in time and seemed annoyed that we were there ready to check-in. No helpful tips from her about anything in the area. It wasn't very inviting. I didn't expect the room to be anything special but it was more run down then the pictures appear. The shower is really outdated, was clean though. The bed was comfortable and it is quite which was nice. The view is decent but it's not a river view. Overall we wouldn't recommend it and won't be returning to stay there in the future."

"I stay in Visalia once every three months I can stay anywhere I want, but I choose this location. I have to say the girls on the front counter are always polite and for breakfast you gotta love amanda. She is the best person making sure that all the food is nice and hot and there's plenty of everything. She's a sweetheart. "

"Very nice hotel, very nice rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. Couple of places within walking distance for food. Kind of off the beaten path. We did have a work truck broken into parked in the back of the property. If you’re there for work, park your work vehicles in the front of the property."
