"Lovely hotel, truly enjoyed our stay."

"Stay and room was fine. Staff was cordial and helpful. A few improvements can be done: 1. Room air conditioning is very noisy throughout night intermittently auto switching off and on for temperature regulation. 2. Breakfast options are too limited. Only white bread, no porridge. Very few vegetarian options"

"The hotel itself was excellent and clean. Unfortunately there was no hand towels and due to a lot of students that time we stayed, it was very loud, noisy, banging of doors and even knocking to our room. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They don’t charge for leaving your luggage even you haven’t check in and no charge too even you check out. The room is spacious but there was only one chair."

"Really comfortable bed and room. They give you a voucher for £7.50 for drinks if you don't have your room serviced. I forgot to use the voucher so donated it. Only thing is- if they're not gong to service your room they should provide a loo brush in the bathroom. So many don't!. Also, I wish they would provide a bar of soap. Dispensers on the wall work for showers but not for bathtubs."

"The biggest standout that would make me want to come back again and again was the phenomenal staff! From our late night check-in to our morning checkout everyone was top tier. The breakfast was probably my favourite meal of my entire trip! Will be dreaming of coming back for that alone."
