"Received text room ready for arrival hours before. 4pm check in room was not clean for myself or another guest who happened to be in the parking lot calling front desk number who said they would get back to us. One hr later still no word so first called and was told same thing would call directly back after contacting housekeeping staff so we finally drove back walk in room is thrown together. Tv operates with Roku remote and LG remote which was missing call again told again will get right back with you. Never heard anything so watched TV on phone entire stays which thank goodness was only to wind down for evening. Aside from poor communication appearing after paying you could be the less of the worry the motel is still ver spacious, well cleaned, easily accessible. Highly secured and they know what you are doing 24/7 with a ring camera etc just wish they cared half as much about you once your in there PAID as they do about what you might do or bring onto property "

"We reserve for 7 people and when we arrive is only 2 beds and one sofa , only one bathroom for 7 if the hotel doesn’t work for 7 guests rooms Always if you offered room for 7 is obviously at least had 2 bathrooms and bed for every person is the first time that "

"Pool is not as big as depicted in the photos. The photos online give a different impression of the property. You must request second level pool side for a better stay. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The hot tub was scalding hot! Also, we had a disgusting palmetto roach in the room and the front desk manager moved our room the next day but did not provide any monetary compensation for the distress and lack of sleep. Didn’t care for the reassurance that “the giant roach was harmless and would not be a risk to crawl into my luggage.” The hotel is ok at best but we stayed due to convenient location 25 minutes to beach. "

"The toilet paper and tissues were of very poor quality. The headboard of the bed in my room was all torn up. The bed was not made properly (top sheet on top of blanket instead of visa-versa) no coffee available until 7:00 am. I will NOT book a room in this motel for next year's Highland Games."
