Eastland Trip

"This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red...

"They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs"

"For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

"I wished the pool was open later. Everything else was great. The free breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Staff were all awesome"

"It was handy for us to have a nice selection of microwaveable foods- one of our sons was hungry and it was too late to go out and find food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I’d love fresh fruit or salsa but otherwise had a varied selection."
