We likes the fact that it was a one stop shop. We could have our meals there, enjoy activities outside, have a drink (or 2) and enjoy our room without ever leaving. Thats our kind of place.

Such an awesome atmosphere such a vibe beer was great, our room was lovely We booked the punk suite. Stocked with beer cozy bed has two tvs. Record player and a guitar...whole place is such a vibe. We highly recommend.

I can not stress strong enough the AMAZING customer service we received during our stay. Tilly, Haley, Carolyn in the hotel and Jose in the bar made our anniversary weekend darn near perfect. From going the extra mile by making us feel welcomed and addressing any issues, to making sure all the little touches were there to make us feel pampered and appreciated. The rooms are so unique and have such personal touchs, and the grounds are perfect for everyone. It is definitely an all in one kinda place, with something to do for everyone. I loved the swings at the outdoor seating as well as the board games throughout the whole place.

This place is a BLAST! We ended up extending our visit, abdominal so glad we did! Tilly had energy to spare and was a wealth of knowledge and even gave us a tour of the brewery. Carolyn made sure we were satisfied with our room and helped us navigate our room. Haley made sure to take awesome care of us and you could tell she had her teams back! Jose in the bar made sure we had the best service and experience. I usually don't get names when traveling, but this group took the time and effort to give us personalized attention they more than deserve the same respect! This hotel itself is great by itself with very clean rooms, interactive grounds, board games, pinball machines, outside firepits, food and drinks on site; the staff are absolutely top notch!

Front desk was away for a while at checkin. Room was great and shower was wonderful. The Internet was out all three days so no TV service or WiFi. Coffee could be upgraded. The room was wonderful. AC worked great and that shower had hot water and good pressure. The cleaning ladies and morning front desk were very nice. I was hoping for a little discount or something for no Wi-Fi but nothing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but had good crowd.

A great place staff was amazing free breakfast room was clean and if you wanna get out of the hustle and bustle of the taproom, they have a bar right there in the hotel, which was perfect for an night cap. They also served fresh baked cookies and a beer between 7 and 9 PM.

First time staying here & will be back! Super cool, brewery themed hotel with every fun touch you can imagine. Very comfortable , clean big spacious room for my husband, doggie and I. Welcoming with free beer at check-in. Rooms were nice with well made sturdy furniture and decor that reduces wear and tear. Evening treat of homemade cookies was nice, but saw no evidence of stout. Breakfast was nice with hot fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, hash browns, French toast sticks, various cereals, bagel choices, orange and cranberry juices. Internet was an use issue that staff was aware of, but cable company been working on it for a week.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely return. The room was excellent: modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property itself was well-maintained and provided a great experience. The only downside seemed to be the hotel advertised a stout and cookie offering at 7:00 PM, but unfortunately they didn't have any stout and the employee said they hadn't had it for weeks. They also promoted a breakfast buffet, but the cook did not show up that morning, so the buffet was unavailable. Instead, breakfast was limited to bagels, cereal, and yogurt. While these disappointments were noticeable, the staff did their best with the circumstances. Staffing challenges seem to be affecting many businesses these days, and this hotel is clearly not exempt. Despite those issues, the quality of the room and our overall experience were positive, and we would happily stay here again.

It could have been so good. However the following small but significant issues occurred 1. Checkin person never told us about the cookies and stout and check in - had to ask for myself 2. No wifi in room. Still not sure if there was an issue or thats just the way it is. Never got a clear answer after numerous inquiries 3. No fitted sheet on bed - only a sheet (too small to tuck in) on top of mattress. Fun waking up to sleeping on a mattress! 4. No hot breakfast on one of the days It's a great place - but small details matter. Didn't do much to correct anything

This is my third visit to Brew Dog. As always it was a great place to stay overnight with my dog. The room and grounds are perfect for pets. The rooms are a bit run down - not as clean as they used to be. They are no longer stocked with amenities. There is a coffee maker and that's it. As always the staff is friendly and helpful but there aren't as many workers. From food service, to front desk, to room care too few people seemed to be expected to do too much.
