"Love this place!!!! Only there for 1 night, but very clean, great atmosphere and excellent service at the front desk!!! Kids we ran into seemed to thoroughly enjoy the pools!"

"The room was not ready when we went to check in. We were told the indoor pool was not available for use and they tried to get in touch with me. We were suppose to have a room with a view and our room had a view of the parking lot. On the positive side the room was nice and clean. The lazy river was nice and the shower was great coming from my partner. "

"The staff was very attentive and generally nice. At check in it was a bit rush. The night staff was excellent and had to deal with a few complaints from guests, but stayed upbeat and as one would expect. The pool area, for which we came for, because the kids wanted to enjoy the slides, unfortunately closed outside a bit early (slides), but that was understandable due to it getting dark and cooler - safety reasons. However, the indoor slides closed at 9:15pm despite the pool being open until 11pm. That was a huge disappointment given the main attraction being the slides. The money we spend was not worth the service we received and after kindly inquiring, we barely got a “Sorry”. We can’t recommence this resort, but certainly hope others have a much more pleasant experience. "

"Room was clean and they're doing upgrades which is nice and the front staff was extremely helpful and nice and everyone in the morning at the breakfast time was great"
