I think the rooms need a good deep clean. Especially the bathrooms. Balcony was was great to watch bears at night and listen to the river and take in the lights of the strip and space needle. Has an indoor and outdoor pool but we didn't get to try it. "

"Probably the nicest economy hotels we have ever had. Would gladly recommend it to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge, would suggest you ask for a rear facing room to enjoy the view of the river. It is gorgeous. "

"This is a nice place! Night staff is the nicest guy! Also I didn’t realize but next to the bathroom is an outdoor patio over looking a beautiful stream. It’s a great place for a great price!!"

"We would gladly stay here again.. convenient, comfortable, good staff and management. Dark colors and lighting, clean enough but not spotless. Again, wed gladly stay here again, but many would not. Its a solid place to stay a couple of nights, and the staff were great."
