"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a towel that had a weird stain on it but it didn't look dirty just an tiny small stain that happened to catch my eye because I am OCD. The towel itself was clean and smelled totally clean and fresh. I absolutely love their nice balconies with views of the mountains. The staff is so friendly and personable. The spaciousness of the rooms is great and the only thing my husband would have prefered was one more beside table but its just a preference. "

"Had a great stay. Nice property, set back from road and highway. Room was on the backside of hotel and surprisingly quiet. Wooded grounds were nicely landscaped. Would stay again."

"We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told our room would be ready at 2:00 pm. So we hung out in the nice lobby until 2:00 pm to check in. When we asked to check in they said our room was ready but there was a $35 fee for early check ins - that is any time before 3:00 pm. Arghh. "

"I booked the property because they stated they allow pets. I went to check in they turned us away because we have a cat. And I guess cats are not allowed there. I wish they would have made a notation before they charged us a cancellation fee the nightly rate for both rooms we had to cancel for not being able to use our reservation. "

"Upon checking in we were notified that there is a parking fee of $5 a night that is not disclosed anywhere on their website or Hotels.com. It’s $5 so I normally wouldn’t care but the parking was horrendous. We had to park quite far from our room and there were trash bags placed near our car and were there 2 days out of the three we were there. There were also small rocks on the sidewalk that my son slipped on just trying to "
