The towel itself was clean and smelled totally clean and fresh. I absolutely love their nice balconies with views of the mountains. The staff is so friendly and personable. The spaciousness of the rooms is great and the only thing my husband would have prefered was one more beside table but its just a preference. "

"We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told our room would be ready at 2:00 pm. So we hung out in the nice lobby until 2:00 pm to check in. When we asked to check in they said our room was ready but there was a $35 fee for early check ins - that is any time before 3:00 pm. Arghh. "

"Bathroom was not clean, plumbing fixtures were loose in the shower. I have stayed at other hotels in Flagstaff for a better price and a whole lot cleaner. Only reason I picked this hotel was because it said newly renovated. Guess they missed my room."
