Spacious rooms nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

Very clean hotel. Staff were friendly. The pool was decent and not busy which was nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Bedroom was a good size. Especially liked having laundry facilities on the same floor as the bed room. My only suggestions would be the addition of a shuttle to the nearby Malls, even if only a few times a day. There's no shops nearby to the hotel so a shuttle would have been useful. Also having to pay $2 for bottled water was annoying and quickly added up to a lot...

We stayed in a studio and we were more than happy with the size and facilities of the room. Tastefully decorated and from our room we could see the sea! We were also on the 3rd floor which is where the rooftop bbq, jacuzzi was. Overall we loved the friendliness of this hotel and there are many good restaurants nearby to choose from.

The Family Room was beautifully decorated. It is clean with loads of space and a very thoughtful layout. It is more than enough for 2 adults and 4 children (3 teens and 1 x 8 year old). It is equipped with quality high tech appliances and loads of USB / USBC sockets and therefore not requiring plugs and adapters. The apartment was very home away from home. Great location for restaurants and bars and a few minutes walk to the trolley (tram) to explore San Diego. Great amenities in the apartment, nice to sit at a table and eat or relax on the sofa and watch TV.
