A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again. "

"We had a very good stay. Staff is all great. Nice and quiet, until Thursday night. After soccer teams showed up, kids tool over the building. It's too bad parents use this time to sit drinking while visiting and forget they have kids. I feel bad for the staff of the hotel. Half classes of beer were left on tables, plates and garbage all over. Kids were running down the hall and tapping on our door at 11:30 p.M. Only downside of our stay."
