"The property was nice, however, the entrance has steps to get to the door, which means you have to lift your heavy luggage up the steps to get into the Hotel. The staff was super friendly, however, my check out was on 5 days ago and I am still waiting for them to take the incidental charges off my credit card. The room service missed my room to clean in the morning and afternoon, which was a problem because I came back to the room to rest and my room was not cleaned both days. Why don't they clean rooms between 10:00AM - 2:00PM. I was very disappointed when I got back to the room after 3:00PM to find my room not cleaned."

"It is a very clean and convenient hotel. But the shuttle did not service in the afternoon I arrived because of absence of the driver. I was told I could get reimbursed but needed to wait until the morning when the front desk manager was in -- I did not get reimbursed at the end. No clear instructions were given for booking the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was OK but lacked variety."

"Poor plumbing!! The sink kept clogging up..there were hair on the “clean” towels!! Overall the place seems to be falling apart from neglect!! The carpet smells super musty!! However, the location is great!!"
