Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. "Very clean carpeted room with very comfy beds and very good TV service. Lots of land to walk around the property. Good shower, bar fridge and microwave. Coffee maker in the room was basic and lots of ice was available. No breakfast but for the price in the vineyards of Western NY we would definitely stay here again. "

"I appreciated friendly staff , outside is in need of cleaning and parking lot has lots of pot holes, people were hanging around smoking out by the cars. I am not super paranoid so I hoped that no one would vandalize, luckily they didn't. Loud talking in the mornings in hall ways. No breakfast, boo. My room was very clean and my bed comfortable. "
