"In the bathroom was a bath towel that was supposed to be clean but it had obvious makeup all over it. 4 elevators and the one elevator would always read 15 down and never changed. When you got in and pressed your floor it would go right past the one you selected and you would be riding up and down in it for a while. 1 elevator didn’t work at all and the other 2 elevators would barely ever show up for you to use. The staff were excellent and polite. The restaurant inside was awesome. By far the best filet mignon I’ve ever had. "

"A smell of gasoline dissipated into the room when I turned on the heat I thought people were in the room every person that was going thru the corridor No noise insulation"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy check in. You do have to pay for parking and it was around $26 a day I believe. There is a coffee shop downstairs but for a regular cup of coffee it’s over $5. Pool was clean and goes up to just above 5 feet deep. The gym was really sad. Any equipment I tried it was broken. The one treadmill completely off, the second one would turn off after 2 minutes and say system failure. The stationary bikes the tape hesitates and gets stuck. The free weights were really the only option to use. If you don’t care about the gym this hotel was great. Clean, big rooms, good location. "

"Walked into lobby where counter was an unsteady board covered by a drape cloth. Place was being renovated. Had to wheel husband into restaurant and ramp rugs were filthy. Food was good. Staff was nice. Got to room at 6:30 pm and there was NO HOT WATER. NONE! Fortunately the hot water was replenished by morning. This was a Crowne Plaza with a Motel 6 vibe...but maybe the low price should have warned me."
