Amzing stay

Nice

Room was very good with all the facilities. Room service was excellent.

Business trip Perfect property very close to Kolkata airport

However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. It was very thoughtful and unexpected and serves as just one example of how closely the staff pays attention to detail. The hotel is also very conveniently located next to a 4 story outdoor...

One of the best 5 Star Hotels we have stayed in. Attentive and courteous staff, great facilities and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Lots of personal touches that left us feeling valued and delighted. Thank you and keep up the great work !!

Wonderful breakfast, bedroom and bathroom designed at highest spec. Staffs were awesome.

I've stayed here many times, always enjoy my stay as staff are very friendly and great service offered all the time. Looking forward to staying there again during my next visit!

Good property with excellent service

The property was situated in a convenient area to all the shops etc, the rooms are modern for a building of that age and well maintained. The property itself is a gem and is being maintained to keep its heritage.

The property was excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, accessibility to various places in the city. In addition the buffet breakfast and lunch spreads were huge and delicious. It being the Durga Pooja festival period all the possible delicacies were available.
