This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

The entire Staff were absolutely helpful, attentive, and just brilliant!! The property is 5 - 7min walk to the Metro. There's also a Free Return Shuttle Bus to the Beach on Mondays at about 10:10am, and to Dubai Mall every day . The Rooms were well-appointed, food was lovely, and with nice variety! Great hotel !

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. Palace hotel is Even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and filled with natural light. For me this hotel was ideal will go there again. You can reach most places by taxi in 10/15 minutes, taxis are cheap. No subway station within walking distance. Emirates station is nearest station 3minutes in taxi.
