"The continental breakfast leaved a lot to be desired and literally the same thing every day. The on-site restaurant/bar opens at 4p and closes at 9pm (10P on Fri & Sat). Seems a bit early for my taste. No room service guaranteed unless you're staying for at least 3 nights (they will bring you toiletries, towels, etc. if you need them and call the front desk). Overall, a nice, clean place with "reasonable" (not sure any hotel is anymore) rates."

"The front desk situation at this hotel is pretty bad. There isn’t one. Just a weird lobby , and the people working have their backs to you so they don’t notice if you need something. One person in particular, who kind of looked like an angry Dua Lipa was very dismissive when I simply asked “is this the place to check in (after standing for 10 minutes) “yes, but it’s going to be awhile.” Was the response. This is too bad because the rooms were very nice. The rest of the staff was pretty good and the location is also decent. Just figure out that front desk situation and things would be much better."
