"Outstanding service all the way around."

"Apon arrival there was a bit of a problem with my booking ,but the ladies took care of it effeciently and we were off to the races . The room was clean as was the hotel and i must say breakfast was the best i have had at any hotel . The choices were great , scrambled eggs,potatoes,sausage,bacon, even had a pancake machine .you heard that right a pancake machine .never seen one before . There was also juices ,ceral ,milk ,coffee, muffins,toast ,oatmeal ,fruits like bananas,apples,oranges. Just the best brealfast ever at a hotel . I would stay here again ."

"Room was clean - needs some updating - bed was comfy. Was a little disappointed, Altho two stories, there was no elevator. We had a bunch of up and down the stairs just to get unpacked. We were there cause my daughter was getting married nearby. The convenience of Walmart nearby helped for forgotten items. "

"Everything at this location is exactly what I would hope other hotels aspire to be. Their cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, understanding when an extra 20 minutes are needed when your wife takes too long to redo her hair again...etc. This Quality in qnd this location and the owner and the family are top notch in every way. I make a point of going here any time I travel that direction and even for home away when its caotic. Thank you for making the stay almost like a pleasant family stay. The breakfast is the best Ive had at any competitors of the single location. 10 of 10"

"The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. "
