"Great location for downtown buffalo"

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "Everything we needed was at the casino. We had kids under 21. We were able to walk them across the casino floor with a plaza from security. It made getting to and from the convention center easy. Free valet when you are staying at the hotel. We ate at several of the restaurants in the casino. All were delicious and not outrageously priced. Check in and out was very easy. The rooms are huge. Bathrooms are also large. Overall it was a great place to stay. I will definitely book again. "

"Everything was good except for we noticed the beds did not have mattress covers which threw us off a little. And our fan in the bathroom was broken. Other than that we enjoyed our room and our stay!"

"The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"After reviewing expedia and google reviews, which were positive overall, a group of friends decided to book rooms here for a weekend away. We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! Apparently it was renovated in 2021, but is showing some serious wear and tear..If it weren't for the realtively friendly but mostly non english speaking room staff and Wingnutz next door, there would be nothing to hold this hotel up. I cant believe they still operate like this. I hate to say it but spend the extra money and find something clean, respectable and maybe even a breakfast! We won't fall for the rate again!"
