"We stayed in room 12 which has a bath in the bedroom. Still not sure this is really a desirable option but it was interesting. The place is great, well-situated and friendly. No restaurant other than for breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby. We were woken at 6 on both mornings by noises (running water one time, something like a boiler firing up on the other occasion) but this is a fairly minor quibble. "

"Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the comfort of the bed was exceptional, great nights sleep!! All in all a lovely stay and we would recommend the Abode in Canterbury. "
