"Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken. They did bring a new one but the inside was dirty and had hair in it. There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt"

"The room was clean, but shampoo was empty. They will swap out towels, but do not do general tidiness over a multi day trip (no made beds, etc). Pool was closed the entire visit. The gym is nice and the machines are in good shape. The night check in staff left something to be desired, but day staff (and especially the support staff were amazing and friendly). Breakfast was great, but get there early because things will run out about an hour before the end. Ac in the room was not the best so I found the room to be warmer than I like. Overall, I’d stay again."

"I like my stay because the suites were clean fully stock, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious never seen and breakfast taco bar which was delicious as well. I would stay again was booked for business for a week."

"We were told by 2 different people that we could call early to see if we could get an early check in. The man I spoke to ended up being rude about us asking, then told myself and my partner two different times that we could check in at. Our room smelled strongly of marijuana. The beds were hard as rocks and the vent was hanging down in the bathroom. The power ended up going out in the middle of the night and there were guests being extremely loud in the hallway during that time."

"Broken elevator made for a stressful weekend! We were compensated on our room rate, but unfortunately it didn't make the painful service elevator wait any shorter. Also, the rooftop bar was closed due to the elevator and that was the main reason we booked this hotel."
