"This property was good— for a La Quinta. But for it to be rated by others as “9 Stars— Wonderful!” is a disservice. I expected/hoped to be surprised by a uniquely great experience, but wasn’t."

"The oncoming staff was nice. However, once we got to the room it smelled like nothing but drug paraphernalia. It was so loud my room spray didn’t mask the smell. We went out the dinner and returned and the smell was still there. "

"Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken. They did bring a new one but the inside was dirty and had hair in it. There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt"

"Besides all of the remodeling going on, our stay was awesome! The staff is wonderful. The room was freshly remodeled. The new bar area is awesome. The breakfast had many options and was really good."

"The hotel was relatively quiet and provided what I needed for my stay. This property is definitely showing signs of age- it's a bit dirty, but for the price it's about what you'd expect. The staff were all friendly and courteous and there were some food options a short walk down a steep road. "
