The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Pillows were terrible take your own. The side entrance was broken so anyone could get in. I would stay here again.
Room was a nice size. Water was Hot, T.V. and AC/Heater worked. Relatively quiet and close to Publix, Hardees, BBQ joint, Hwys. Unexpected stay but it wasn't bad.

I'll be as generous as I can without sounding too critical. But, the hotel was extremely outdated, run down and poorly maintained and staffed.
I couldn't tell which rooms or floors were smoking or non-smoking, as everything seemed intermingled. The hallways stank of cigarette smoke, and our room smelled of weed each night, like it was being smoked directly beneath us.
The front desk clerk would have been more at home working at Guitar Center, but was friendly and knowledgeable enough.
The location was very nice, as that whole area of town is beautiful with a lot to do. Great shops, restaurants and of course the Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
We survived, but wouldn't recommend it.

The ac works great in several rooms, just make sure u get a room with the digital display on the ac. From my experince, the ones with the knob just arent as strong, and take longer to cool the room down. This place likes to keep the ac off in the rooms when unoccupied, so it will be warm when you first check in. Unless you get a room with the digital display on the ac it will take hours to get your room cooled down. There is no ac in the lobby, stairway, or halls. Not a big deal to me, would be nice, as long as i got some in the room in good
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was spotless, and overall it was perfect. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
The property is dated, the rooms are just that ,ROOMS,very basic a bed,a chair,a desk. The curtains, the desk, the cushions all were kinda worn & tattered. The A/C worked, the television offered a wide range of channels but overall this property can use an upgrade.
There aren’t words to describe the disgust of this place. This is not a joke. The hotel is used for prostitution and that is all as it is known by everyone around. We walked in and walked out. No refund, of course. Photos of the place are catfishing.
Close to the freeway, Publix and Walmart, several eating areas down the street. Small refridge in the room, two microwaves in the Lobby, Ice is on thr 2nd floor. Great price for what you get. I'll stay again.

AC was okay. The room door lock and latch didn't work. Looks as door was forced entered. It is a smoking room. Everything has burn holes. Take a spray bottle of clorox
Very unkept as far as maintenance and cleanliness in my room. Light fixture in the room was non functioning and partially disassembled. Window had a lounge with significant stains. Hair on the pillow case. Strange odor in the room. Overall, had I been with my family and not alone needing a simple room to sleep overnight for a few hours, I would have never stayed in the room.
