"The staff is very friendly and she was able to communicate with English. The only reason I give 4 stars was the bedsheets, towers, and curtains were too old. "

The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride.
Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍.

it's obviously a new hotel built in a condo style. Rooms are large with nice seating area, small kitchen, good bedroom and hot shower/bath.
The swimming pool is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. they don't all speak English. Breakfast is good but it's in another building and on 2nd floor with no lift.
Area is quiet and it's not close to the attractions or 7-11. However if you have a car or bike it's really not a problem.
Some areas for improvement. The beds are to hard. More...

This is new hotel, need to improve on bed, pillow and air conditioning. The bed is too hard, not very comfortable and pillows are too low. The air-conditioning is far too slow to get cold temperatures by the time the air conditioning get cold we have to leave the room. We got discount price so it's quite worth paying. But if we have to pay full price we Will think about it, the hotel management need to improve all the facilities that mentioned above, also need to improve breakfast.

I was welcomed by a couple who runs the place. They helped carrying the heavy suitcase upstairs. The room was already cool and nice when I arrived at night.

Very Good,overall.
Secure rooms,Clean bedding.
I had a new shower unit on the wall in my room.
Newly regroated.
Staff are Good.
The Collection O is very close to Old Town, and is set back from the road, and is a quiet location.

What incredible service, we just had 4 nights there and Mimi and the team at ASA couldn’t do enough to help us make the most of our stay - thank you 😊 The hotel itself is very modern and well designed and has a lovely pool area.

The value for money is amazing, is a clean hotel, close to the airport, very friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable. If you are there to know the city and will just use the hotel to sleep is perfect.
