The staff were awesome. I would recommend this hotel. Very central for shopping, food.Expedia was great. Everything I booked was ready. The only downfall was flying with AirAsia. Every flight was late leaving by hours which made me close to missing my adjoining flight's

My flight was delayed two days and the hotel reached out to ask if I was okay since I’d not showed up. I explained that my flight was delayed. They moved my reservation to when I would be getting into Chiang Mai. They didnt have to do that so I was very grateful!

朝の便でバンコクからチェンマイへ、空港から歩いてショッピングモールにより昼食をとったあと少し早いがチェックインした。少し涼しくなってから徒歩で観光出来た空港を利用するのにとても便利。全体的には古い作りだがクラシカルな家具が置かれていた。インスタントコーヒーがあったり衛星放送があるが静かに寝れたのが良かった。

Stayed there for a night. Hotel advertised airport transfer, but it was not free. Room was spacious, almost condo like with separate living room and bedroom. Bedroom was okay, but dresser was big and creepy looking. Breakfast was okay, but limited food choices. Overall, okay stay and close to local night market. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great location

The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to the airport, the mall (like 3 minutes walk) and seven eleven. It's a huge mall. It's also not that far from Chiang Mai Night Safari. For the hotel room, it's good for what it costs. The breakfast doesn't have that many options for a buffet but still worth for it's price overall, by being in a good location.

Close to airport but not clean

Book this hotel because of early flight. Hotel is with walking distance to Central Plaza Shopping Center, but still need a taxi to airport. Room is not clean and I saw insects in bathroom. I would not recommend to move to this hotel or any airport hotel as Chiangmai airport is quiet close to city center.

Juste pour une nuit dans cet hôtel pour prendre un vol tôt le matin. bien pour la proximité à l'aéroport, c'est assez pratique. Les chambres sont propres. Juste un peu déçue par la qualité du petit déjeuner, mais sinon l'hôtel était en ligne avec mes attentes

由於是早上六點機，所以離開前預訂了這家酒店，店員還可幫忙預訂清晨四點的車去機場，事實上車程只需五分鐘。酒店客房大，但基本上只提供洗頭水和沖涼液，其他什麼也沒有了。

Masse trapper. Det var en heis etter 2 lange trapper, men hvor den gikk vet ikke jeg. Måtte gå 3 lange trapper til andre etasje, ikke lettvint med 2 kofferter. Dårlig frokost, fylte ikke opp når det var tomt. Da jeg skulle sjekke ut ringte de etter drosje og sa den kommer om 5-10 minutter. Jeg venta i 50 minutter og ingen drosje kom så de ringte en bekjent som kom med sin egen bil, ingen drosje.

Convenient stay

This is an old property that is well cared for. We needed a quick overnight stay near the airport and this worked perfectly! We needed to store luggage for 4 Days and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Le personnel est très accueillant malgré un niveau d'anglais très faible. Même si l'hôtel laisse voir une certaine fatigue, il n'en est pas moins propre. Seul ombre le wifi qui est très insuffisant, tant par la qualité de sa connexion que par des coupures désagréables. Il s'avère que le jour de ma présence, une disco sévissait à quelque distance de là, assourdissant, ne s'arrête qu'à minuit ! L'hôtelier n'y est évidement pour rien.
