We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

Overall, we had a very nice trip. The atmosphere and decor were very nice, and the food was good. The hotel staff were all really wonderful. The location is away from other things, so plan on having to go a distance to eat or plan on eating at the hotel. There was some wear-and-tear in the room (e.g., chipped doors), which was surprising for such a nice, new hotel, but might speak more to the typical clientele, which I assume is more of a party crowd. Really loved our time at the hotel. It's literally just next to the spa so you can walk over in your bathrobe! Spa is amazing and very relaxing, not too busy and with lots of different pools and saunas. It's open until 10pm so even after a busy day away you can still jump into the pool when you get back! Reception ladies were really lovely and helpful. Room was quite basic but very clean and had everything we needed. There was not a fridge but we asked for one and it was provided same day. Bad...
