"Terrible experience with Hotel Stendel and Hotels.com. Room 102 (Superior Hill View) was unlivable: Crusted feces in the toilet, broken seat, cistern leaking water non-stop, and black hair all over the floor and shower drain (I have blonde hair). The mirror was cracked and smudged, and there was a spider on the curtains. An external generator ran right next to the room all night until 9 AM, making sleep impossible. Hill View only overlooked parked cars and construction. Front desk...

"Great property with a bunch of complimentary activities and free bikes to ride around. Very close to the Sumur sand dunes. The food is just basic, they could do better in this department. However, it is easy to get a reservation at Kyagar that is right next door and has better food in my opinion. Accessibility for the elderly or those physically challenged could also be better, some of the stairs were too high for my mother to use with easy, the staff was very receptive of this though and took pictures immediately of the stair to share with the management. The staff was great! I would recommend"
