"This is a new hotel so everything looks clean and fresh for May 2026. Staff was helpful. Good stop over to stay in Moab. Good options for free breakfast. Parking has plenty of space. Overall a good place to stay when stopping by Moab for the night and exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Park nearby."

"We had booked a suite Within a short time of being in the suite , there was a rumbling nouse followed by a stench from the drains which became stifling . The front desk obviously knew about the problem m and should not have given us that room in the first place . W e had to change rooms after midnight and then again the following day . Staff were helpful. Bathroom not cleaned properly and if the 3 rooms we occupied , 2 had cracked wash basins . Toilet not cleaned properly Was disappointed with this hotel because it does not live up to its required standards "

"There was a very bad smell in the hotel and it was even worse in the room. You couldn't even open the window to get fresh air. The bathroom sink was clogged. The hotel staff was not friendly. Overall, it was not a good experience at all."
