Our family was travelling for a couple days and were exhausted. We were able to text the hotel and get an early check-in. The front receptionist was kind, supportive and assisted to make our check-in easy. Prior check-in was simple and easy as well. Our room was the deluxe double queen beds. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and a thermostat you can adjust. Breakfast was a simple contential. Food cooked approximately and area clean. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Restrooms in the pool area which was nice for our 5 year old.
