Video check-in, and there is a coffee pot in the room but no regular coffee grounds,

Front desk is a kiosk with a virtual agent for check in. Rooms did not have a phone to contact service desk and there were bugs and dead animals in the rooms. Beds were broken spring mattresses.

Heater was was very noisy went on and off room number 114. Very difficult to sleep, I complained and was ignored. We left a quilt there called shortly after leaving leaving and no one replied after 4 calls. I am not a crank

Front desk clerk was very polite and friendly. We did ask for another blanket as it was 15 degrees. It took 2 hours to arrive but we had already gone to sleep. Heat A/C wall unit was incredibly noisy. Those were the negatives, but all in all the room was fine for the price.

Rooms were big enough to walk around with a disable person. Beds were good and rested good. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Morning breakfast was good.

There is NO customer service. They use a kiosk to do check-ins, but if you have any other kind of issue, you're out of luck. The woman doing laundry tried to call the "manager," who was at another hotel working, to see if she could assist me but never answered the phone.

Check in and check out with the Machine . Walkable shopping and dining, many restaurants in that area. Good breakfast. Huge room, quiet&clean . We enjoyed staying in this hotel .
