Lovely room and very helpful staff.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. We swam in the lake on both days and walked round the lake which was very beautiful.

Fantastic hotel, great service and even helped me when I left my passport in the room.

Good value, convenient location

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

I chose this hotel as it was well suited for my meetings, my room and the overall hotel had a very modern feel and the stafff were very polite and professional. Gettign dinner in the evening was only downside as one restaurant was closed and so i ended up on rooftop bar which was nice but was more a party atmosphere with posh tapas and i was only person with ym laptop

One of the nicest hotel from the owner to smallest employee they are the best , I never forget that they helped me on my car problem they did a great job. Thank you for everything.

Really clean hotel, made to feel very welcome at reception. Everything was explained. Room was large clean and fresh. Breakfast Buffet was excellent again with a very helpful lady. Have to say this is a truly wonderful hotel.

A suprisingly quiet and calm location in downtown Munich.

A second visit to the Blaue Gans - our 'go to' hotel when in Salzburg. A direct bus line from the airport drops you right outside the door - and your then based within an easy walk of all the main attractions in the old town. Fantastic staff throughout, with an extremely helpful reception team to help you get the most from your visit. Comfortable rooms, beautiful, simple, and with great design. Excellent hotel in a great location. One of the best value for money stays we have had in many years. The staff are wonderful, particularly on the reception desk. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks are a real bonus and the honesty bar for alcoholic drinks is such good value. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Munich

Hotel was in a beautiful village on the Danube. The hotel was refurbished in 2015. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and spacious. It could get warm in a hot summer's day. The bathroom door is half clear and this can be a little off-putting if one person is still in bed! The Continental breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
