Although he was short staffed due to employees wanting to be with their families at Christmas, he was so polite, friendly, attentive and went beyond what was expected on a normal day to be accommodating! He is to be commended! Very grateful for making our stay extraordinary! Besides that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. "
