"Very impressed by the cleanliness. Staff was friendly and helpful and there were activities all day long. The swim up bar was fun but the drinks are definitely watered down a bit as expected. We loved the entertainment and the pools, beach, and waterslides. Since the beach is public there are men in boats trying to sell you things the whole time, kinda ruins the peacefullness. Food was not great. The only food we enjoyed was Pepe's by the pool. Overall, a 4 out of 5. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is overall an older hotel. The staff and management try their best, but it is old. While the hotel is dated, it was clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is all right. We were here March 2026 during spring break time. The hotel was relatively busy. The location is central to Montego Bay, but not a lot to see other than the beach right across the street. The beach right across the street is lovely and beautiful. We paid $250 a night for two people. The overall value was good."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The toilet in my initial room was clogged, and no one assisted me until the following day. Maintenance came out four separate times but was unable to fix the issue. On the second day, I was moved to another room; however, I did not receive any housekeeping service for the remainder of my stay. Whenever I requested towels, staff would tell me they were not assigned to my area and that I needed to contact the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk rarely answered calls, and when I was finally able to reach someone, it took a long time for assistance to arrive. My room door was opened while I was in the shower. Additionally, I informed the excursions staff that I was booked through Expedia, but my Expedia points were never applied. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a frustrating experience."
