"I really enjoyed my stay at excellence oyster bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. Property was clean and well maintained. I really like how they don’t use paper towels or straws and they process their own recycling onsite. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well as the oxtails. The room was fully stocked with plenty of refreshments and snacks. It’s very humid so it’s important to keep the doors closed otherwise the room can get pretty damp. Also, the AC only works when all doors are closed. Hummingbird tour was fun and the bracelet making activity was nice. Very funny tour guides which made things even more enjoyable. Definitely will be back!"

The activities, shows and excursions were great! The free access to the other RIU hotel which was walking distance was a plus because it provided a different experience/flavor "
