"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"Overall amazing experience. However I booked a room with a tub in the bedroom, there was no tub at all. Resort had no water our last day, could not shower, flush toilet etc. Staff was amazing! Food was great."

"This property is fantastic, it looks like a dream when you step through the doors. The rooms are massive and clean, the balconies are so fun and relaxing. The food and drinks were beyond our expectations and all included. We loved that there was a separation between the adults only side and the family friendly side but we were able to see everything from our rooms. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were beyond friendly with everyone saying hello as the walked past and the workers that were helping us all had the biggest friendly smile as they helped. We loved the little touches like the housekeepers putting our stuffed bear on the bed after making it and the room keys being stylish bracelets made of silk looking string and a metal disc. It looked and felt like jewelry. The only thing we would have liked to see improved was the size of the beach that the guests that were not part of the vip area had access to, it was a bit small and hard to walk over the rocks to get to the water. But again the staff was there first thing in the morning clearing out the seaweed so we can have access to the gorgeous Jamaican water. We also loved visiting with the resident stray cats on property."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively impacted by a bathroom issue that was never resolved. From the first day, the shower drain was not working properly. The water would not recede after showering and would remain standing in the shower for an extended period of time. I reported the issue immediately and made numerous complaints throughout my stay. I even showed staff videos of the problem so they could clearly see what was happening. Despite my repeated complaints and providing video evidence, the issue was never fixed. For my entire four-day stay, I had to deal with standing water in the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected a functioning bathroom and a timely response to a maintenance issue of this nature. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. No one explained why the problem was not resolved, and no one from management reached out to discuss the issue or offer any form of resolution, even after I checked out. I understand that maintenance problems can happen, but when a guest reports the same issue multiple times over several days and provides proof of the problem, it should be addressed promptly. While I appreciated the facility and the courtesy of the staff, management's failure to resolve this issue left me very disappointed. I hope the hotel improves"

"The hotel is great and was clean however the AC did not work the first night of our two night stay. The food choices at the buffet was also not great. We waited 2 hours at the Jamaican restaurant the first night and still left without dessert. Proper training of the restaurant staff is badly needed. Every one was just looking unhappy and like they did not want to be there."
