"Warm beach water, clean room, excellent customer service."

"Frustrated that we received no Welcome Gift although Expedia asked how we enjoyed it, and frustrated that other guests got a personal staff greeting and tour upon arrival while we got no such thing. Only discovered this day before we were leaving so couldn’t remedy this. Room was clean, staff quickly remedied non-working AC concern. Loved sitting on the beach watching the waves. Many of the breakfast & dinner staff were so wonderful making sure we got service if we needed it, places to sit, coffee, etc. We were definitely taken care of. Will love to return if possible."

"I booked during their off season, so I had pretty much the entire resort to myself. Yet the staff still gave full service. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful. "

"Everything was perfect "

"Certain guest didn’t wash off after coming from the beach and went straight into the pool. Which very disgusting because sand at bottom of the pool and bugs swimming around . I really didn’t care for any of the pools because of the setup to swim up bars which nice for adults but no room to swim just to seat and relax . Another pool with volley ball net just to play so you couldn’t swim. The pools need treatment to make it a bit cleaner and clear. The beach was my favorite part of the resort it was the most beautiful beach blue clear shallow waters and warm. There was a company called scuba caribe offering water activities such as snorkeling , paddling board , kayaking , and boat party’s . I enjoyed the paddling board super fun and a nice workout. The views on the beach were incredible and super relaxing. Also my top favorite was the water park which had like 5 different slides and it was such a thrill. The water park had the cleanest pool . This resort is a family friend , there are so many smoking designated areas which I loved the most because if you know then you know . The best part of the activities was the foam party it was super lit , live DJ , open bar , and a host on the mic who had so much energy interacting with the crowd . It had rain that day but the hotel staff still wanted all the guests to have a good time and enjoy their selfs. I like how the hotel had activities every night parties , live shows , and open bars all around. Staff at the buffet 10/10"
