Everything was extremely clean and the front desk (a man, I forgot his name) was so nice and showed us where to go to find our room and offered his service if we needed anything! This was by far my favorite hotel and we travel a lot during wrestling season with my young kids! "

I called ahead to ensure her check in process would go smoothly and Dante (11/18 evening) was fantastic on the phone ensuring her check in and comfort details went smoothly. Then this morning, Jelisa (11/19 overnight) helped my Mom with directions and check-out to ensure her departure went smoothly as well. They both did an outstanding job ensuring my Mom's stay was great! Thank you for their excellent customer service! "
