Hotels.com SHOULD have notified me of this SIGNIFICANT issue, as the guy at the counter could have cared less of this inconvenience. Room was clean, tub in room worked, extra towels were nice, tv was broken, bed was horrendous. Very uncomfortable 😕. Being a 3 star, keep in mind it has very thin walls. Ive stayed at other BWP, this was the worst. "
