"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. "Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

"Place was more money than it’s worth, sorry. Our booking said free breakfast but it was an argument with the front staff to get it even though I could show it on my email. The shower bar fell off as soon as I touched it, the shower was hot but came out as a trickle. You get a bar of soap and a towel but no toilet paper. At least there was air conditioning! We didn’t bother asking for breakfast the second morning we left."
