Room was absolutely lovely! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The storage in this hotel is excellent. 12 south area is amazing and feels very safe too - would recommend this hotel/area to anyone

Our room was huge - more like an apartment! It was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was lovely too.

Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Loads of extra space for wandering around and a barn with table tennis for...

The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it...

The hotel is well located and is beautiful inside. The rooms had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly. Only slight criticism would be the pool. It’s an indoor pool and doesn’t appear to be geared (or if it is, it isn’t very warm!). There were no loungers, only chairs. You couldn’t sunbathe outside in the garden as there were no loungers or chairs. It was 35 degrees (95F) and so we had planned to have an afternoon relaxing around the pool, but couldn’t.

I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

This one year old hotel is very convenient for the Town and Dollywood, so long as you have a car. The facilities are superb, ie pool, bar with pool tables, virtual golf, etc. Spotless and generous rooms, lots of free parking. Astounding views!!

Excellent hotel in a great location for all the Nashville attractions. Room was very nice and the hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the evening dining options were attractive - though we dined out.

Excellent location. Hotel a bit old and showing it's age. For example, the lift broke down during our stay and everyone had to use the stairs. Not a massive deal as quickly fixed and the staff were very quick to help.

We had the best time here, the location is amazing, easy walking distance but just out from the craziness so was perfect! Room we had was huge with an incredible vie. We found the reception helpful, especially one young lady with long dark hair who was lovely!! Would stay there again x
