Everything excellent

Room was absolutely lovely! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The storage in this hotel is excellent. 12 south area is amazing and feels very safe too - would recommend this hotel/area to anyone

The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it...

Excellent location. Hotel a bit old and showing it's age. For example, the lift broke down during our stay and everyone had to use the stairs. Not a massive deal as quickly fixed and the staff were very quick to help.

Boutique hotel in a quiet, attractive neighbourhood a short Uber ride from all the activities in the centre of Nashville. Welcoming staff and easy to get chatting with other guests either over late afternoon drinks or at breakfast to compare experiences and pick up tips

such friendly staff beautiful hotel

Excellent hotel in a great location for all the Nashville attractions. Room was very nice and the hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the evening dining options were attractive - though we dined out.

Great place. Great location. But breakfast was only available between 06;30am - 09:30am should of been till 11am. Bearing in mind it is a late night place.

We had the best time here, the location is amazing, easy walking distance but just out from the craziness so was perfect! Room we had was huge with an incredible vie. We found the reception helpful, especially one young lady with long dark hair who was lovely!! Would stay there again x

Good size room and comfortable bed excellent 👍

Room was very nice although a little small. Pool/ roof terrace was excellent.

Really nice experience - a clean and welcoming hotel with a team of staff who were friendly and helpful throughout. The inclusive breakfast was great for families and the only slight improvement would be if the bar was open for longer hours. Great location for local shops and a short walk to the Bluebird Cafe.
