I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

This one year old hotel is very convenient for the Town and Dollywood, so long as you have a car. The facilities are superb, ie pool, bar with pool tables, virtual golf, etc. Spotless and generous rooms, lots of free parking. Astounding views!!

The staff at the hotel are all so friendly it just makes the stay perfect

Staff were attentive and courteous. Rooms we're well appointed and amenities were excellent

Well laid out, clean room with good storage and in room facilities. Bathroom, a little small. Nice to have a comfortable armchair in the room. Two good pools one indoor, one outside. We were disappointed the outdoor pool was locked when it rained as this was our only opportunity to use the pool. I left with the feeling, I'd missed out on using the main factor that influenced our initial choice of this hotel.

A wonderful hotel in quiet area but close enough for everything, very clean beautiful room. Will definitely stay again

Hotel staff, extremely helpfull and courteous. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is very well situated in Pigeon Forge.

Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Lots of additional extras like games room, massive dvd collection and player in room for those of us from across the pond that can’t easily access Netflix etc. particularly enjoyed the selection of home made baked goods on offer. Really nice to come back to a cuppa and a piece of cake in the afternoon, or whenever you feel like it. Varied breakfast menu each day, always delicious. Loads of extra space for wandering around and a barn with table tennis for...

Great hotel just was not notified about the pool not being in use. Was fixed a few days later and was great thank you.

WE SAW A BEAR! We picked this hotel as the creek looked beautiful, and it was exactly the same as pictured. The room was spacious and was really cosy with country cabin vibes. Check in was simple and there was ample parking. The creek was pretty and from the balcony we did get to see a black bear walking along the creek. Short drive from Great smoky mountains NP. Much preferred area to gatlinburg itself which is crazy. Shuttle available. Only downside was that there wasn’t any logs available for...

Lovely comfortable, clean, hotel & room which was well maintained. Great location for the conference centre festival and easy walking distance to the town. Parking included. Nice indoor pool also available. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in getting me a postal delivery for a foreign plug adaptor. 🙂

Definitely worth it ! We loved it and Definitely will be back!
