My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the service and hotel. We would recommend it as a haven from the bustle and noise of the city. We stayed three weeks, and Dominic and others ensured they catered for our breakfast needs. As with any four to five star hotels beware of hidden charges as 9% sales and another 9% for room service. They should mention this before ordering. The operators on the telephone service sometimes found my RP Accent difficult to understand.

Our stay was nice. We arrived early .Staff were accommodative and allowed us to check-in at 10 am. Room was nice .Breakfast was amazing with good mix of Indian and continental food. Hotel has good gym facilities. Outdoor Pool is nice but water was very cold and hence unable to swim throughout our stay. This needs addressing by management. I stayed second time at Asrani Hotel and as always the staff from Front Desk ,Room Service,House Keeping & Security are friendly and professional. Rooms are big and spacious and the Hotel is close to shops, Restaurants and the famous Paradise restaurant which is renowned for it's Hyderabad Biryani. I would definitely stay again and recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay in the twin cities.
