"The hotel very nice overall. The staff are very friendly and speak English well which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and offerings changed each day. The room was comfortable with the necessary amenities . My only complaint would be the bed, it was very firm. The location was perfect with a nice park across the street and a lot of retail and restaurants withing walking distance. I would definitely stay at The Hotel Kuva Chateau again. "

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...
