We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also like the location which is close to many restaurants and stores.

駅とバス停からはちょっと離れてますが、夜市やレストランなどは近くに沢山あり、いい場所でした。11階に泊まりましたが、窓が大きく眺めが良かったです。浴槽も広くて快適でした。エアコンはちょっとうるさかったです。

整體都很棒，隔音稍差

整體都很好，只是隔音有點差，樓上的一下午跑跑跳跳，還好晚上反應給櫃檯後，整晚都沒聲音了。 除了隔音外，都很好哦，入住還有提供水氧機，還可以選擇精油香味，很喜歡，。 早餐很豐富，好吃，尤其是手工麵包，每款都很好吃。

房間在八樓，泡澡的地方連著一面透明玻璃，可以看到湯圍溝溫泉公園。不過泡澡時可能要拉一下浴簾，不然離隔壁棟很近。旅館地點很不錯。 離吃的地方很近。 cp值很棒

地理位置還算方便，旁邊就是礁溪的小夜市，房間的空調聲和除濕機聲音超大，意外的是隔音還不錯，也沒有其他房間使用溫泉管線的聲音，入住晚上有請他們送水和枕頭，但等超久將近一小時，我又打電話到櫃台他們才送來。早餐還不錯，選擇很多口味還不錯，疫情中需要使用手套取餐但碗盤重複使用，還是有點疑慮。
