The spa was amazing, very clean and relaxing, but I wish it stayed open till midnight and not 10:30. We traveled with a toddler and only made it to the spa twice during our whole stay after she went to sleep. Beautiful lobby, welcoming staff, nice pastries in the coffee shop downstairs. A fairly busy town that caters a lot for Taiwanese visitors who come to experience the hot springs. We visited because our son works at a local university. We found that it was a reasonable base from which to visit other places plus the hot springs.
