One person in particular went over and above for us during breakfast, and we felt really well cared for by her especially. The housekeeping staff are also very good at their jobs. Loved the pool and the fact that it stays open into the late evening. The surrounding area is not the most pretty, but it doesn't matter, we liked the local feel and being away from the crowds. There are nice places to eat, convenience stores and subway stations a short walk away. This hotel was a great choice for our family trip to Taiwan and we would stay here again for sure. "
