Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly, and the staff were incredibly helpful whenever it was needed. They have a great view from the beach, breakfast is delicious, the cooking class was really great fun and the private villas are incredible if you want to enjoy the privacy of waking up to your own swimming pool. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff who did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is probably one of the best we have had anywhere in the world. Very special!

We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Very relaxing place to be and they make it easy, helped by spacious layout of things like sunbeds and the large very nice pool facilities and beach facilities/ activiites. Very good standard of food in 2 restaurants (not cheap though) and we looked forward to their comprehensive breakfast...

I researched all hotels on Koh Samui before booking this hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything you could possibly want is provided. The staff anticipate anything else & have a genuine desire to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I have stayed in some super hotels but this surpasses all of them.

Have just spent a week in a tropical pool villa at this new resort. It is a truly 5 star experience. A personal butler attends to your every need (Max: you were outstanding). The food is excellent: beginning with a historic breakfast including oysters and champagne. The staff are delightful and attentive, the facilities excellent, the setting beautiful. Beautiful location with wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The spa and spa staff are amazing!!! Can’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this hotel is the hygiene and slightly dated pool surroundings. The hygiene around the breakfast buffet area could be a lot better, ie, food covered up to prevent the horrendous amount of flies going on food and plates, really was off putting. Could be managed better to prevent illness. Overall wonderful stay.

When traveling to the other side of then globe, it's nice to know that you'll be welcomed when you get there. To say that the staff at Rocky's were all accommodating would be an understatement. From our fantastic room to the private boat tour to scooter rentals, there wasn't a thing we were want for. The private beach was a major plus, as it's great to have you own little space away from it all. I almost don't want the "secret" of Rocky's to get out, as this was one of the most enjoyable...

Excellent stay. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was fabulous. Loved the decor of the property. It was traditional, with the bamboo and wood decor, gives the place a zen like feeling. Best part was the location of the hotel and the way it is designed. Even though we were in the busy part of chaweng we never felt like it. It was very calm and peaceful. The beach was excellent, only issue was that there was some patches of dirt. Lovely modern room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Had view of pool and sea. Stayed in 6 hotels whilst in Thailand on this trip (all 4*) and this was the best by far....very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Great choices for lunch and dinner. Had happy hours throughout the day which we took advantage of....highly recommend.

The Library is an amazing oasis of peace and privacy in a popular resort. You can experience the beach and other local attractions but retreat to the tranquility of the Library when you want some quiet relaxation. A truly unique hotel with many wonderful design features. The staff were all tremendous, and the standard of service and attention very high. We absolutely fell in love with this place! Ok, so it was not in perfect decorative order but it really was so lovely! The staff are so lovely and helpful and the place was kept clean. The location was absolutely ideal - quiet at night but close enough to Chaweng nightlife. We enjoyed the beach, massages and great local food during the day and Chaweng in the evening. Tutt tutts and taxi's knew the hotel and all excursion vehicles also collected from that hotel too so it was perfectly placed...

Stayed at Zazen on recommendation of a friend. We loved the location, garden villa and the superb service. Secluded but not isolated so able to walk to other restaurants and bars. The breakfasts at the hotel are amazing and the service from the staff outstanding. We would have no hesitation on staying here again.

Very beautiful, amazing hotel. The lication and the Beach is perfact, the pool in the room, the Food, the hotel pool, the staff, everything is just very nice and warm, like in a moovie or in a very good dream.

Stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for getting away from it all as very secluded but also has the option of a small village within a 10 minute walk should you wish to venture out. Facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. What really makes this such a great place is the staff, they simply can't do enough to help and make you feel very welcome and special

My wife and I booked a last minute deal inc flights and we were very pleased with the outrigger. The hotel was great and had just 59 villas with no high rise which we do not like. Amazing pools, swim up bar and its own beach. The staff were amazing - particularly Rory and Jeffrey who went out of their way to make you comfortable. Free drinks with the management every Wednesday was one of the many nice touches. Definitely returning to this place next year. Peaceful and tranquil yet only 10...

We arrived at Anantara and was a little puzzled as we saw a double front door but nothing else. We were kindly greeted by a member of staff who then lead us to through to the door and to our amazement a beautiful rainforest/spa feel, with tree and water flowing at the reception we knew instantly this was going to be amazing place. Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant.
